At the birthday party of the cantankerous old millionaire, Mrs. Frumpy, everyone is vying for a spot in her will. One of them will even kill for it. When Frumpy is murdered in the middle of dinner it’s up to two wacky detectives to figure out who the murderer is. Could it be the gambling son-in-law? The mysterious mystic daughter? Maybe it was the Broadway producer deep in debt or Old Mr. Frumpy’s mistress, the alluring Ruby Redd? Or did the butler do it? A murder mystery farce that’s more hysterical than suspenseful.
