When Julie’s life is cut short in a car accident she discovers that the afterlife is not what she thought it would be. Stuck on a street corner with Abner, a man who died there in the 18th century, she is given plenty of time to ponder the meaning of life. When her friends plan a vigil in her memory, Julie is given a chance to say goodbye to the people she loves and come to terms with her own death.
